La Bárbara

Excellent restaurant near the American Trade Hotel and the Merced cathedral. La Barbara x Aki Sushi is a mashup of a hair salon and a bar/sushi restaurant. I've yet to have my hair cut there, but can tell you that the sushi is among the best in Panama City with fresh fish and excellent presentation. I recently had the shrimp tempura as well as the pork gyoza appetizers. Loved the shrimp and the gyoza were tasty too. I also had a spicy tuna roll. Lots of tuna of a high quality. The cocktails were inventive - wasn't a fan of the Mai Tai, but the other drinks (made with Panamanian seco) were first-rate. Love this place. I'll be back for food and drink at La Barbara x Aki Sushi. Maybe I'll get my hair cut as well.

me gustó el ambiente! y la comida para un sitio tipo plan bar está FENOMENAL! iría con amigos… con pareja… muy bueno! Además de tener sushis ligeros pero con mucho sabor!

La entrada del restaurante esd e lo más original, a través de una peluqueria DE VERDAD, que está abierta en horario diurno. El ambiente superagradable. Más propio de parejas románticas, pero aunque fuimos un grupo familiar, resultó igualmente muy acogedor. El servicio, impecable, de una eficacia fuera de duda y derrochando simpatía. Y la comida muy buna: la Gyozas de puerco, el spicy tuna rice, la ensalada de algas... Y de postre, impecable el Brownie tempura...de la materia que están hechos los sueños. Estoy inpaciente por repetir.

el sushi increíble! El Tokyo Los shrimps! tremendos!! la atención! genial! el lugar ideal para una cenita relajada con pareja o amigos

El ambiente fue agradable, tuvieron competencia de bartender, no cuentan con estacionamientos, buen servicio, pedimos sushi y estuvieron bien en terminos generales.
