Madre Cucina Italiana (Casco Antiguo)

La comida riquisima, raviolis, lasagna y la pizza BRUTALES 10/10 las tres. la entrada pedimos una focaccia, la verdad me la esperaba mucho mas elaborada ya que es “cocina italiana” pero estaba super basica, en fin era una entrada asi que no me quejo… Pero eso si, TIENEN QUE PROBAR LA PIZZA Y LOS RAVIOLIS Y LA LASAÑA!!!! BUENISIMAS! El porstre: si eres dulcero como yo no te gustara tanto, le doy un 3/10 pedimos una pannacota de poste, no fue muy dulce que digamos. El ambiente me gusto solo que la musica estaba EXTREMADAMENTE ALTA y se dificultaba hablar en la mesa pero al menos era buena musica. La atencion 10/10

Excelente ambiente, servicio y comida inmejorable. La restauración interior de las paredes originales de piedra hace muy acogedor el restaurante.

Disappointing experience. Dreadful pizza, overly priced and with very loud music and noise that you could hardly hear the conversation. When this restaurant first opened, the pizzas were good and at a reasonable price. But like many restaurants in Panama, sadly, the standards have dropped dramatically. The prosciutto was such bad quality I was just pulling of loads of fat. I consider $25.00 for a pizza to be absolutely ridiculous. We won't be going back.

Huge congratulations to Madre Cocina for a wonderful, Covid safe dining experience. We ate there last night and were lucky enough to sit outside in Plaza Hererra under the stars. The pizza was absolutely the best we have ever eaten in Panama with a deliciously crispy, crunchy light base and fresh, tasty toppings. Covid-19 safety protocols were second to none and we had excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were fantastic. We felt very safe and had an enjoyable (almost normal) night out together. We highly encourage people to support the restaurants that have survived the Pandemic so far in Panama.

Excelente experiencia italiana, recomendado el pulpo con pesto de chistorra. algo atrevido pero espectacular gastronómicamente hablando. Muy buena atención pide el Prietroni una mezcla de Negroni con menta. Ptegunta por Andrés. Te Complacen.
